The more we believe joy is discovered from sensory expereinces alone, the more vulnerable we are to suffering.
When the bond of love is not recognized, Joy is limited and the illusion of isolation creates fear.
ALL= every life system that has ever /does/will exist (physical, chemistry, biology, physiological, spiritual, communal, ) and beyond what we can imagine with a limited brain... But what our light (link) reveals to us.
Be Love in the world. The world is not interrupting Love. Your beleif that something can separate you from the loving flow is the interuptioon to the loving flow. You feel the pain of your belief inn disconnect
The emotional pain OF distrust in Unity; not of some thing that happened TO you. Your disbeleif interupts your Joy
Look around and see everything infinitelly unfolding with everythig else. It is like....well, no metaphor is needed. It IS every plant, cell, animal, planet, star, air molekule, everything... Each has a role to play in our experience together. The expereince is of One Joy living out it's life as each element - of which you are one. The way you navigate your life, the intentions you bring to your life, open your access to a subjective expereince of this Joy, or not. We are not only able to find this joy in ourselves, but it is our responsiblility to uncover it. It is underneath any ignorance about having it - fear or angst you have about not finding it. Your can dissolve these fabrics over your minds eye. They make you think you are blind. But if you pull the yarn, the fabric will unweave. You will see. Emerson said, "The world is his who can see thru it's pretentions. What deafness, what stone-blind custom, what overgrown error you behold, is there only by sufference - your sufference. See it to be a lie, and you have already dealt it a mortal blow."
there is power in forgiveness. It is the owning the power to let go of what was thought to be in one's way to their best life. There is no blame in Love's Power. It has nothing to blame, because Love has no limits / it can't be limited. It can be ignored by ignorance we create with the idea our love is cotnrolled by an external source. But we are the one's resposnsible for our awareness of Love's Power and it's manifestation in our lives. I have seen people who have lost their home, their children, their career, their freedom. And still they have taught me about the Power of compassion, of the necessity to create internal joy, the power of sharing and purpose. They find meaning and power in the love no one can take from them. And in this way, they know their true power.

Weekends at hotels. I'm the only female volunteer without typhoid. And the others are ages 18-28. It's pretty rough at the base....no electricity, rare running water, rock hard pillows, stray cute puppies covered in fleas (so people sleep with them), dark at 5:30pm, toilet is about a block straight down a hill of mud in rain at night. I was super sick the first week...lost 12 lbs. I've gained 7 back by eating non stop. Omg!!!
So here was my state of mind this morning:
"At a hotel...thinking...
Entitlement: such a challenging thing I've learned.
Truth: I AM entitled to Joy.
I am NOT entitled to AC or running water, or soap, or sleep, or even health. A challenge to experience Joy, uncoupled from previous mindsets. My big take away here - I always knew this Truth. But living it out was really hard to do while swimming in the discomforts, smells, exhaustion, body pains, illness. We are a spoiled bunch of peeps in 1st worlds. We miss the meaning of growth, while growing our illusions of dependency on what is fleeting & empty of Joy.
*OMG! The cleaning woman just came back into my room, kissed both my cheeks, & lips, and left again. She speaks no French or English. She has no idea what I'm writing. She must feel my heart ❤️ I'm crying tears of Joy now. Wow!"
What a trip!! Oh, and I'm in room 203...same as hotels in India & Peru. When I got room 203, I knew I was about to understand WhyTF this is all happening 💖🙏🌐

The seed of Joy is within the self, & within this current moment. Joy comes from, & is experienced within.
Joy comes from the appreciation of what exists - beyond the physcial knowing - to the trusting in what is & is beyond.
Rabindranath Tagore: "I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy." Joy is like Love - as you share yours, yours grows exponentially.
The meaning of your life is framed within your perceptual context.
You choose your perceptual context.
From meaning comes motive/motivation/activation. Choose wisely! Take an ordinary context, and stretch it to be exceptional.
Parable of the saver - wheat you hoard becomes your burden. What you share becomes your joy.
We are being used by nature, whether we like it or not; whether we choose to cooperate or fight (& lose). Our liberty is found in accepting reality and then doing our best to cooperate & thrive within it. We cannot do this if it destroys that which we are within. Thant is like a cancer thining it can survive eating it's host. Joy is most found in cooperation with reality, not in happy events outside our selves. If joy is dependent, it is fleeting and creates fear & insecurity. Our desire for happiness can / is more powerful than our desire for things/events to be our selfish way. Honesty to oneself is required = integrity. Out of accepting reality our trust & faith can grow. Reality is the seed we choose to water, or not. Reality is the reality of All..
We choose to live, and to what degree - with joy, or despair.
To choose harmony, or to choose angst/denial of the reality that we are embedded together. This is wehre we find freedom from self destruction.
The ego's obstacle is the imagination's opportunity. Give example...
If joy is in the giving - imagine you are the ocean. Each drop is love you have to give. Your ability to give is endless...totally swimming in the riches of love - to give.
